Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)

Any handling with the Buyer’s personal data is in accordance with the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and other legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic. By clicking on the purchase button, the Buyer makes known that he/she is aware of all the above facts and agrees with the further processing of his/her personal data for all business purposes of this e-shop. The provision of personal data is voluntary, you have the right to access the data and your rights are protected to the extent specified by law. You may revoke your consent in writing at any time. All personal data will be fully secured against misuse. The data will be stored and will not be shared with any third-party applications.

By providing the personal data in the shopping cart/news subscription/contact form etc. and clicking on the confirming icons, the Buyer voluntarily agrees that the provided data that he/she has filled in the particular case or were obtained based on the concluded Purchase Agreement or by browsing the operator’s internet website, were processed by the Operator and the Seller, whose information is noted in the terms and conditions, as an administrator, in order to offer the services and products of the administrator, sending information about the administrator’s activities, as well as electronically (in particular via email, SMS, telemarketing) according to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., until this consent has been withdrawn (e.g. by sending an email to info@bongin.com). The administrator may authorise a third party as a processor of the aforementioned personal data.

The administrator hereby informs the subject of the data and provides him/her with an explicit instruction on the rights resulting from Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, specifically that the provision of personal data to the trustee is voluntary, that the subject has the right of access, the right to withdraw the aforementioned consent at any time by writing to the address of the trustee, and has the right to contact the Office for personal data protection in case of any rights violation and to request an appropriate remedy, such as refraining from such behavior by the administrator, eliminating the situation, offering an apology, repairs or replenishment, blocking, disposal of personal data, payment of financial compensation, as well as the use of other rights arising from § 11 and 21 of this Act. If the Buyer wishes to correct his/hers personal data processed by the Operator or the Seller, he/she may request it at the info@bongin.com email address or at the aforementioned postal address of the Operator or Seller.
