Steamroller or classic glass pipe? Which one is better?
That's a bit tricky question and the answer is not so simple. As usual, plenty of smokers prefer classic glass pipes and the other steamrollers. The best is to try both and choose what suits you better. Let's talk more about what is what and how to use it.

A classic glass pipe has a bowl usually equipped with a carb hole. A steamroller is special pipe with both ends open and a small bowl closer to one end. That end substitutes the carb hole. There is lots of different styles and types. The most popular are the glass steamroller pipes. Our steamrollers are hand blown of very strong and durable Pyrex glass and are made in different shapes and sizes. You can choose either from the steamrollers with small bowl built in the glass or bigger bowl made above the body part. Steamrollers are also equipped with small legs for better stability.

How to use a steamroller pipe?

Use of a steamroller pipe is very easy and basically same as smoking out of a classic glass pipe. You pack the bowl with anything smokable, cover one side /the one closer to the bowl/ with a finger and put the opposite side in your mouth. Light the bowl and inhale until it is full of smoke. Once the chamber is full of smoke, uncover the hole and enjoy the smoke.

We wouldn't recommend steamrollers to beginners as the hits from them are too strong and you might not enjoy it at all. While classic glass pipes gives you a gradual hit, the steamrollers give you very strong hit immediately and that could be not very pleasant for the beginner smokers. However, experienced smokers enjoy harsh hits and use it more often than a classic smoking pipe.
